    We will accept unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase, for a small restocking fee. Please email us at admin@plant31.com with an image of the product(s) and order number.

    You can cancel or modify your order my contacting us at admin@plant31.com before 9am EST the day following your confirmed order. After 9am, we will not be able to cancel or modify your order. For weekend orders, we must receive a cancellation email by the following Monday morning.
